Lawn Improvement

Lawn improvement packages really are the best way to transform your lawn. I'll come out and spend an hour walking your lawn with you to identify its current challenges and develop a plan to get it looking healthy & lush again.

All packages include weekly site visits where I'll check on your grass's progress and make any necessary follow up treatments. I'll also send you updates via text message so you know how your lawn project is progressing, and any weather-related adjustments to the plan.

💪 Deluxe Overseed (to improve current lawn)

The most popular package, and the right fit for most lawns. I'll make your existing lawn thicker & healthier, and tackle any problems that it might have.

I'll clean up the thatch layer, open up your soil to increase oxygen & nutrient absorption, add biostimulants to encourage root growth and suppress weeds.

I'll put down a new layer of grass seed and roll it into the ground to increase germination. Finally, I'll check in on your progress regularly with fertilization, weed suppression, spot seeding areas that still need help, and any other follow up treatments you may need to get your lawn looking fantastic. 💯

🏆 Total Renovation (to start again fresh)

If your lawn is a mismatch of different grass types, dead patches and weeds - it may be time to start over. This also makes sense if you recently had major landscaping or sewer work done on your property.

I'll kill off what's left of your current lawn, clear up what remains and then get to work on planting the lawn of your dreams. This is the most comprehensive package and includes everything from the Deluxe Overseed - but with twice as much grass seed, a layer of organic peat moss to protect the seeds from birds & help with moisture retention, and even more check ups to ensure things are progressing smoothly.

You'll end up with a lush, consitent finish - your own "field of dreams" ⚾️

🕵️‍♂️ Fix Patches (to fill in smaller sections)

If there's a certain section of your lawn that's been damaged by grubs, standing water, foot traffic or a mystery ailment, I'll get to the bottom of it.

Based on what I find, we'll come up with a plan to build it back up and get it blended back in with the rest of your lawn.

Lawn Maintenance

Not to be confused with the average landscaping company, I'll treat your lawn as if it were my own. My monthly pricing is all-inclusive so you never get a surprise bill or look out your window wondering how much this will cost.

This is a great option for anyone who is also doing one of my lawn improvement projects, since it ensures your investment is protected.

🗓 Monthly Maintenance

This is for you if you'd like to be in charge of the week-to-week mowing, but want some help with everything else. This is a great option for those who are looking to upgrade from cookie-cutter services like ultralawn or trugreen.

I'll use top quality products specific to your lawn to fertilize, improve your soil and effectively control weeds & grubs. Organic & synthetic options available.

🙌 Weekly Maintenance FULL for the 2022 season

Sit back, relax, and put your lawn on autopilot. I'll handle all of the weekly mowing & trimming, as well as leaf cleanup in the fall. You'll also get all of the same treatments that my monthly maintenance customers get.

If you're a DIYer looking for a little extra help with your lawn, here's what I can do for you.

• core aeration - poke holes & pull up cores, helps relieve compaction
• dethatch - pull up the thatch layer and cut through stolons & moss
• biostimulants - improve root growth, microbial activity & soil quality
• weed suppression - prevent weeds from growing, and kill any that pop up
• soil testing - find out about your soil's pH, micronutrients and lots more
• minor levelling - fill low spots & flatten bumps to even out the surface
